The Gatorade Benefits You Need To Know

The Gatorade Benefits You Need To Know

It's November and the clocks have gone back and winter is well and truly here. I seem to be going to work in the dark and leaving in the dark too so it's really easy to see how this can affect people's mood and even energy levels. I personally really struggle in the winter and heavily rely on my SAD light, Vitamins and other stress relief tips to help me. But that doesn't stop the tiredness and fatigue setting in. I was very pleased to be asked to try out Gatorade Sports Drink* and see how this could change my daily routine with the Gatorade benefits for my health.

Gatorade have been around since 1965 and have become complete experts. Backed by science they provide innovative sports drink solutions and are the number one sports drink in the world! The drinks are made to upgrade your performance endurance by enhancing how you absorb water during physical exercise. Whether this means an early morning gym session, a brisk walk in the winter breeze or sometimes just the energy to get you through a busy day at work

Gatorade have a whole range of sports enhancing products including ready to drink sports drinks in 4 flavours. Orange, Red Orange, Lemon and Cool Blue. 2 different powders in either Lemon or Orange for you to create your own drink at home and they even do super cool accessories such as a contour squeeze bottle or gym towel so you can be completely prepared for whatever workout session you have planned.

I tried out the Gatorade Cool Blue Sports Drink which is a carbohydrate-electrolyte drink perfect for on the go. It came in a cap top bottle and at less than 100 calories per bottle, it's a really healthy way of keeping energised and reaching peak performance. I really liked the taste it tasted 'blue' (which is 1000% a flavour believe me) it reminded me of blue raspberry ice pops and was really refreshing.

I definitely noticed a difference in my day too, I didn't have an afternoon slump and I was fully energised. It's not a miracle cure of course, but I think Gatorade is a brilliant way of keeping yourself going during these winter months and beyond
