1st - 6th April - Phlegm Mausoleum of Giants Exhibition
Location: Eye Witness Works, S3 7WJ
Cost: FREE
If you haven't been to visit the Giants Exhibition yet this is your last week before they go to rest. It's a completely free exhibition that needs to be seen to be believed. Phlegm has received worldwide recognition for his street art and seeing it in his adopted home of Sheffield truly is beautiful. Make sure you get there in plenty of time the queues can be extensive but it's worth it
5th April - Green on the Screen
Location: The Holt, S1 4RE
Cost: £9
Remember when we all grew up and turned into adults? Horrible wasn't it. Go and relive your childhood at this charity fundraiser. Watch Shrek, dance and sing along while enjoying cocktails all in the name of raising money for Sheffield Children's Hospital in conjunction with Twisted Beanstalk Events
5th - 6th April - Peddler Market
Location: Burton Road, S3 8BX
Cost: FREE
A deliciously independent night market covering street food, craft beer, live music and art. Check out Peddler Market's monthly showcase. If you've ever been you'll know it can get pretty busy but it has a really chilled out vibe, amazing food and live music with no entry fee
8th April - Brains v Bier Harry Potter Special
Location: Bierkeller, S1 4EP
Cost: FREE to play - discounted food options available
I love Bierkeller, it's one of my favourite bars in town purely because I can get steins of cocktail and who doesn't love that idea? Their events are fab and I'm a huge Harry Potter nerd so I'll definitely be heading to this regular quiz event
14th April - Sheffield Half Marathon
Location: City centre start and finish
Cost: FREE to spectate
Whether you're planning on running the half marathon or just supporting then head down to the city centre to cheer on everyone participating. With plenty of post-race activities planned centrally, you can soak up the marathon atmosphere and support a worthy cause
18th - 20th April - Meadowhall Artisan Weekend
Location: Park Lane Meadowhall, S9 1EP
Cost: FREE to explore
Celebrating Easter weekend and world craft week, head down to Meadowhall Park Lane to visit some of Yorkshire's finest handmade products and cakes. It's a fab idea for getting something a little bit different for a gift and supporting smaller local businesses
26th April - Avengers: Endgame
Location: Cineworld S9 2EP
Cost: £12.10+
If you read my review of Captain Marvel, you'll know I've been eagerly anticipating the Avengers: Endgame and I'm definitely planning on going on the opening Friday to this. It's an absolute must see if you're a Marvel fan.

It's Heeley City Farms annual Spring fair, head on down to enjoy arts and crafts stalls, food stalls, Music provided by DJs from Gumbo FM plus the entertainment that all the usual farm animals can provide. Welcome in Spring with the little lambs and other newborns

Cost: Ranging from free to £40 dependant on the type of session
Meadowhall has partnered together with a range of local partners for a range of evening entertainment sessions all designed around teaching you new skills. This months sessions include Bakery inspired soap making, Calligraphy workshop, Gin school, Ukelele sessions and a Floristry workshop.
